About Project:
The project by Pakistani Hoslamand Khawateen Network (PHKN), “Women Incubation for Change” came into existence which aims to develop entrepreneurial capacities among young women so that they can be economically independent and lead the life with purpose. It is important to note that the need for entrepreneurial training is not limited to women in Pakistan. Entrepreneurship education and support are essential for all aspiring entrepreneurs, regardless of gender, to overcome challenges, enhance their business acumen, and increase their chances of success. The project is sponsored by Australian High Commission through Direct Aid Program.

PHKN started as a community based women group to work for the development of their village.
PHKN has formed a women entrepreneur’s network with membership of 1130 women to help women to get skills in different marketable trades to earn their respectable livelihoods.
